One. Defining. Moment.

Kasey Moore is happy to be home.  Moving to New Hope as a teenager hadn’t been easy, but once she settled in, she couldn’t imagine herself living anywhere else.  After four years in college, she’s finally back to living in the town she loves and working her dream job as a teacher at the Elementary School.

But not everyone is happy that Elaina has become part of the family.

With a gunman at large and Jake’s past proving dangerous, he makes choices to right the many wrongs he feels he’s guilty of and to keep his family safe.  But those decisions come at the expense of himself and the woman who’s become more important to him than he ever believed she could. 

Together will they be able to survive one person’s vengeance and their frightening need to destroy Jake and Elaina?

Even if it means sacrificing what he already has.

However, a darkness still surrounds the small town of New Hope and they will learn the only way to keep each other safe is to stand together.  Luke will need to show Kate that trust is not just a word, but given to the right person, a promise.

But is it a promise he can keep?
